Amazing Views

Very central, next door to the Upper Barrakka Gardens and five minutes walk from the bus station. Modern apartment, a good size, with amazing views from the terrace at the top, accessed by a spiral staircase. Great place to eat or take a glass of wine, while enjoying the amazing views of the three cities. Spiral staircase is fairly narrow, but unless you have limited mobility, I cannot really see any issues with access.
Bathroom, lounge and bedroom are all well proportioned. Bedroom has plenty of storage, with a fairly comfortable bed. I have read other reviews mentioning the bed, but we both found it fairly comfortable – We stayed five nights and had no issues getting a good nights sleep.
The apartment was very clean (the maid comes every day), with towels and bedding regularly changed.
Franck, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating – great host.
All in all a good place to stay in a great location, with amazing views from the roof terrace. Will definitely stay here again.

Cool Place, Great View

We spent a week in the Malta Penthouse. It was a great place for us. The apartment is located well, at the highest part of town so it is easy to get around, to the bus station, three cities ferry and central Valletta. Because you are on the top floor, the views are tremendous, as advertised.
You do need to know that a narrow spiral staircase is how you get up to the kitchen and living room, so if you cannot manage that, this is not the place for you.
Franck, the owner, sent a taxi to pick us up at the port, free of charge. He met us at 11:30pm and it was an easy and fast introduction to everything.
The apartment is fully furnished, clean, well decorated. Lots of plugs for charging stuff, great WiFi. Good towels, we used our own shampoos and soaps, and bought some food and drinks for the kitchen. There is AC to cool down on a hot day, but we slept with the windows and doors open. Large TV but we never used it.
Franck went out of his way to help us get laundry done.
We would stay here again.

Fabulous location &!view

Such a fabulous location right in the centre of Valletta. The apartment is very comfortable, on two levels with a lovely terrace having a great view of the harbour. All the rooms are nicely decorated, the kitchen is well equipped with all you need. There is a spiral staircase which leads to the second floor where the kitchen is located. It worked well for us but if you are not very agile it could be difficult. Not sure whether it was the time of year we visited (October 2014) but each morning it was noisy due to building work in the area. However Franck was a great host, sharing his knowledge as well as organising transport to and from the airport. We would highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment, great view and a very comfortable stay.

Modern apartment

Limousine included from the airport was a nice way to arrive. A very modern apartment which was comfortable. Frank gave me lots of details about where to go and what to do which was very useful. My visit coincided with Malta's independence celebrations with lots of pageantry and fireworks. The top terrace gave a front row seat to all happenings in the Harbor. All in all a nice visit.

Stunning

Modern, stylish and chic with three views of the grand harbour. So very close to all you could wish for in Valletta. We stayed in the penthouse suite which had the most comfortable feel to it with the most stunning view. The owner is very knowledgeable of all things Valletta and a joy to listen to. Take his advice and you will have a great time. A narrow..ish spiral staircase takes you up to the roof terrace, which is wonderful. Definitely returning.
