The motel was really good. It was nice, clean and a good experience. I highly recommend for those wanting to have an affordable hotel experience in the GTA

The hotel's rooms were dirty in different degrees. Our bed was good, and we slept well. The shower was slow to warm up. There were few to no amenities. The
TV worked, but we couldn't get it to change channels or to accept Netflix, for example.

We found hair in multiple places, the towels were dirty and stained, mold in the shower, and our ‘non smoking room’ reeked of cigarettes. The staff were very welcoming and nice. They just need to clean up better.

The room offered to me was opposite the road with a high level of noise. When the reception was contacted, I was assured of an alternative in an hour which never happened. The bottom line is that my sleep was deeply disturbed throughout.

First, the cigarette stench! I don't smoke, and the room stank constantly. The parking lot is the same; anyone can park there, and no one keeps track. I was placed right next to the exit door. All night long, I could hear people walking around, doors slamming, and noises in the hallway! I'm not satisfied and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I paid a lot of money and got worse conditions than a dog would get!
