A real highlight in Osaka with great service and a well-thought-out concept!

Our stay at the UMEDAHOLIC HOTEL was fantastic. We were greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome as soon as we entered – the service here is truly top-notch! We particularly liked the well-thought-out and practical lobby. There are well-designed workspaces there with sufficient USB ports, which is super practical for quickly getting something done on the laptop or charging devices. Another big plus is the spacious shower area in the room, which offers plenty of space and comfort. You are also well taken care of when it comes to food: The hotel offers various breakfast options that can be easily pre-booked. An all-around successful hotel with a great atmosphere. We would love to come back!

The hotel is in a good location and is pleasant to stay at. Breakfast was not included and didn’t look that inspiring so we bought fruit and croissants at a local supermarket to save money. If you opted not to have your room cleaned every day you got a free drinks voucher which we did. Rooms are a bit small.

Staffs are friendly and willing to help. But, room cleaning happens every other day.
