Absolute Nightmare in Osaka - Avoid at All Costs!
Hygiene is practically non-existent. The room was extremely dirty. There is a balcony, but the screen mesh is covered in such a thick layer of dust that opening it sends a cloud of dirt right into the room. There are absolutely no basic cleaning supplies or detergents provided. Comfort is a joke; the pillows are incredibly flat, guaranteeing you a stiff neck and a terrible night's sleep.
To make matters worse, their customer service is zero. They completely ignore messages, and it is impossible to get anyone to help or even communicate with you. They simply take your money and do not care about their guests at all. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Save your money, protect your peace of mind, and stay far away from here!

Alright for a short stay and close to Dotonbori
What I didnt like was self check in. When we checked in the computer would accept our booking, along with another two couples. There is a phone.number to call, but if you dont have a global sim, then thats useless. Luckily one of the other couples was Jpanese, so was able to call the owner. The owner only spoke basic english. She provided a code for our room door, but the lock did not always recognise the code, so could be trying quite a few times to get in.
The bed in our room was rock hard, and oneside was broken in the middle.
For the price and location and a short stay, its not bad, but could be better.

Cons: The bed may need replacing, as the springs were noticeable. The bathroom is somewhat small, and the shower temperature was difficult to control. The elevator was out of service for an extended period, requiring me to carry my luggage from the fourth floor.
