Best place to stay if youre in a budget
I stayed here twice for more than 5 days each and i loved the fact that you have your own little room and a hot bath which is nice specially every night after exploring.
They also provide free drinks and you can also cook your own food.
Staff are very accommodsting specially Rohit. Im looking forwad to stay here again when i ivist Osaka.

I stayed at Hotel Zipang for 3 months, and it was a comfortable, convenient, and truly budget-friendly home base in Osaka.

The location is unbeatable. It is literally a 1–2 minute walk from Shin-Imamiya Station (JR and Nankai Lines) and very close to Dobutsuen-mae Subway Station. Getting to Kansai Airport, Namba, Umeda, or even day trips to Kyoto and Nara was completely effortless. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and local dining spots in Shinsekai are all within easy walking distance.
> Facilities & Comfort:
For a budget accommodation, it covers all essential needs for both short and extended stays:
- Private, air-conditioned rooms that offer quiet and privacy.
- Shared facilities (24/7 showers, public baths, and restrooms) are consistently well-maintained.
- The shared kitchen, coin laundry, microwave access, and complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby make long stays hassle-free.
- Stable and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the building.

While the team is friendly and helpful, I want to give a special, heartfelt thank you to Rohit, the Nepali receptionist. Rohit's customer service manners, attentiveness, and professional attitude were exceptional throughout my three-month stay. Whenever I needed assistance, he was always courteous, approachable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Staff members like Rohit make a long stay feel truly welcoming.

For the budget-minded traveller this is a 5-star option. Cheaper than some hostels but we had our own tiny room with TV and a/c. Only complaints are the women’s bath is in the next-door building which is a smoking allowed facility and my wife didn’t like the smell. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free tea/coffee machine! Close to many train lines. Pleasant lobby.

Great hotel, pretty close to important train stations, didnt need earplugs at all even tho I was expecting it to be loud, inside of the room it was pretty silent.
