I loved this place. I liked that my place had a stove and lil fridge. Great balcony and cool view. I wish I remembered her name, but the young lady in the front was very nice and very helpful. When I was leaving, it started to rain, and I didn’t want my skateboard to get wet so I tried to put it under my jacket, but I guess she saw me struggling with my jacket and she came out and gave me an umbrella. I was so grateful. Thanks so much and I will be returning. I had a blast

The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed. I liked this neighborhood with a mix of residential and office buildings and some good cafes in the shopping area

Basic but good apartment with plenty space (by Japanese standards). It met our expectations as a perfect base for exploring Osaka and further afield. Only downside is as there is a hospital nearby there were a lot of sirens over night, otherwise it was quiet and comfortable.

We had 13 days in Japan and this hotel’s literally the worst in fact the receptionists are the most terrible people I have ever seen in any country so far. We asked for late checkin and the girl in front replied no late checkin after 11pm. When we arrived guess what? There are plenty of late checkin safe boxes located outside of the hotel. No late checkin for all or just for non-Japanese? The worst part is free luggage storage. Three front girls insisted luggage can only be kept till 3pm and after that, all luggage will be threw away. Wow wow wow they asked me to accept this term before leaving my luggage. I contacted trip.com and even trip.com thinks it’s weird and unbelievable and tried to force the hotel to offer free luggage storage. Hotel came back to Trip.com said 3pm is the latest subject to availability sometimes 1pm. In order to avoid losing my luggage, we canceled day trip and went back. Trip.com compensated us I guess 100% of it’s earning from this deal due to the inconvenience caused and damage to their brand. We got back the luggage just before 3pm and saw lots and lots of luggage still left there. This hotel has double standards. If you are lucky enough you might be fine, if not get ready to be treated differently.
Will never ever book this hotel again. I’ve been traveling for years and years and this is my first time to criticise a hotel and its staff. Just imagine how bad the service is. Just imagine how bad the service is to make Trip.com willing to compensate us this much money.
