We always enjoy our stay at The Hillarys Shinsaibashi Hotel and this time is most enjoyable too! Staff services are excellent and always very attentive. The buffet breakfast is delicious with good variety of choices every morning. The daily bread and coffee services for hotel guests is very popular among new and old customers👍👍☺️

Having stayed at the property before, would have expected some assistance on changes made however, property is unwilling to accommodate guess with such request. Be advised in the event of anything outside of what has been planned, options for change will result in exploring options by paying out of pocket.

Its so hard to talk to the reception because they cannot communicate good in english. The aircon has a sound of dripping water the whole stay. They change the bedsheet but they didn't do any vacuum. You cannot sleep well because the pillow so thin and small.

Good hotel, rooms a bit small ( not much space for suitcases) but we managed, location is very convenient close to metro and shopping

The staff were really helpful! My friend and I had a really early flight out of Osaka however the earliest train made our transit to the airport really tight. One of the staff Koko was super helpful! She did research and found the best route to take and the most cost effective as well!! She found us later to suggest it we didn't even ask her !! We made it to our flight on time and checkout and in were super smooth!!
