I wasn't the only 50+ senior staying there. From the 4th floor, I could still hear the base from the "happening" bar area. That music - altho not as loud - even played in the background, beginning in the morning.
I bought coffee, but the food was overpriced.

Wouldn't stay in this setting again. Pictures show more space. Common areas didn't seem very clean. Room floor hasn't been mopped in a long time.

Everything was fine but please fix the USB charging ports in the bar. They have been broken for over 2 years

Disgraceful attitude from breakfast waitress

Arthur at reception is great. The hostel is a bit smelly and dark. The service at breakfast was nothing short of disgraceful. The breakfast after a long wait was cold as stone. The two girls serving breakfast were unhelpful & the small pretty one was unbelievable rude ( Spanish or Brazilian) not sure. It was nor busy at all there was only ine other customer.
Arthur returned me my breakfast money he was so embarrassed. But actually I need an apology from that young lady working the breakfast on the Saturday 21 of august 2026.
Also it is ridiculous to order a full Irish breakfast and thee or coffee is not included. I have travels tje world and have never come across this before. A full or luxury breakfast with coffee and tea excluded. Absolutely ridiculous.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am deeply sorry for your experience during breakfast on Saturday, August 21st. Serving cold food and delivering rude, unhelpful service is completely unacceptable, regardless of how busy the shift is.
I apologize directly for how you were treated by our breakfast team. I am addressing this conduct directly with the team members on duty that morning, alongside our kitchen team to ensure food temperature standards are strictly enforced. I am glad Arthur handled your refund promptly and professionally, and I will be recognizing his effort.
We are also reviewing our breakfast inclusions and corridor maintenance to ensure better value and overall atmosphere. Thank you for bringing this to my attention so we can take immediate action.
