Stunning gem close to the Botanic Garden

This B&B should be kept a secret, it is so special. Every decor with attention to detail and for breakfast you will find anything you can wish for. What touched me most was the welcoming atmosphere and the friendliness of the owner. It is an honor that they share this precious house with their guests and the stay will stay a warm thought in my heart. Hoping, I can show this place to my family one day!

Our lovely week

Our stay was so lovely here! Absolutely can recommend this. The owners were so kind and lovely, and super helpful when we forgot one of our passports in the room. Breakfast was really good, and we LOVED the dog, Ted, that lived there as well.
10/10 stay, would go again.

Simply the Best.
Loved this beautiful well maintained house.Very friendly owners, who are so welcoming. We stayed two nights, but it won’t be our last. Have recommended to friends and family already.We were up for the match and it was so convenient to Croke Park .It is located on a quiet residential area and well served with busses and the train, if visiting Dublin. Breakfast was fab, with lots to choose from. Would go back in a heart beat.

Great place to stay with good links into the city.

This B & B guest house is a great stay. The welcome from the host and the decor is something to experience with high end fixtures and fittings. The bedroom was quiet and we had a comfortable night’s sleep. Breakfast was a continental style with lots of choice. Altogether it was a great stay.

What a beautiful place to stay. Perfect location and Laurence and Ted were such lovely hosts. We stayed in the ‘attic’ room which suited us perfectly. Breakfast was delicious and all of theperson Al touches made our stay so much nicer. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t recommend this accommodation any more highly. Thank you for your hospitality
