Complete apartment in the heart of Rotterdam for those with walking skills
Yes, the stairs are steep and there is no elevator. Yes, there is quite a lot of noise (but what do you want in the heart of Rotterdam and earplugs are ready in the bathroom) But the apartment is complete, it is clean and tidy, the beds are fine. There is an oven/microwave, refrigerator, small dishwasher and stovetop. And as said: in the heart of Rotterdam. We are definitely going back!

Clean & Comfortable
We stayed just one night, but it was a very pleasant stay. The studio was equiped with everything one could wish for. Very comfortable, clean, well designed and homely. The bed,...... excellent for a good night's rest. Although the studios are situated in a lively neighbourhood the streetnoise is limited. Should one have supernatural hearing; earplugs are available in the package deal. There's only one flaw; climbing the stairs may be a challenge because they are steep and narrow. Overall impression: Very good!!! I can recommend these studios.

Great location, great facilities in the apartment, though there was little space around the bed.
Also, the coffee machine did not seem to work.
Maybe a simple cafetiere would be easier and better for the environment?

Excellent Studio in perfect location
Stayed for a weekend. Room prices (90€ per night) was value for money.
The studio is perfectly located, next to bars and clubs. Museums are just down the street. Nightlife just up the street.
Rooms are clean, have a kitchenette. Design is stylish.

Our stay at De With Studios was mostly a very pleasant experience - the place itself was lovely, and the little kitchen made it feel like staying in a little apartment rather than a hotel room, which helped us feel more at home.
I had two main quibbles with our stay. Firstly, we woke up on the final day to find the power had failed in the apartment. Not really their fault, and it was apparently down for the whole building, but it was a bit of a shock as the room was pretty cold when we woke up to check out! Again, it's hard to blame the hotel when the whole building loses power, but it meant we had to skip breakfast and showers before leaving.
The second issue was more of a problem during the stay - the mattress was actually two mattresses on a kingsize frame, which left a big gap we kept falling down! I'm aware these double mattress options are quite common (and I wouldn't have liked to have to carry a kingsize mattress up those stairs!) but it would have been good to have that communicated on the site so we could make an informed decision before booking.
Other than those issues, though, it was a lovely stay. Thank you De With!
