Nice hotel in the heart of the city

Although car park was expensive but the location of the hotel worth the money!
If u have EV there are charging points in car park.
Staff at reception were amazing, kind and very friendly
Kids enjoyed their stay at the hotel.
Cleanness was spot on

Top hotel

Enirm enjoyed the hospitality and facilities at the hotel. Definitely recommended. Within walking distance of the center.

Unhygienic stay

The friendliness of the ladies at the reception and at the breakfast buffet was positive.
The hygiene standards of the rooms were negative. My son (1 year old) and I had to change rooms twice because we found broken glass, dirt, and cigarettes in them, as well as clumps of hair in the bathroom.
In the last room, I was fortunately the one to notice the piece of glass myself and not my 1-YEAR-OLD son. In addition, housekeeping emptied the trash cans and forgot to take the trash bags with them. The beds were also not made, and it was neither vacuumed nor cleaned. We only received one new towel. For the first night (4 nights booked), we received a refund of €55. We were promised a further refund, but no one contacted us again. I sent photos of the defects to the manager via email and unfortunately did not even receive a written response.

I've stayed at park plaza many times over the years, and it is always excellent - especially the support from staff. In the past year or so, the car parking has changed, and instead of paying direct to the hotel, payment has to be completed via a 3rd party machine or app. This is not at all user friendly, and it was only with the help of the super staff that we got it working properly. Even then, despite having paid fully, I found on multiple occasions that the barrier did not open automatically as it should when exiting, and I had to return to reception to enlist the help of the staff again.

We had a wonderful stay!

We really had a wonderful stay! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast super well taken care of. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. Every dish there was really super tasty. In addition, we could easily walk into the shopping streets to explore the city.
