This is a beautiful hotel located next to a park. The front desk staff were excellent in sorting out an automated parking machine problem that could have been very inconvenient and resulted in an expensive parking fine. The food is excellent.

Beste, bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring met ons te delen. Het spijt ons dat u dit zo heeft ervaren. Inmiddels hebben wij persoonlijk contact met u gehad en zijn we samen tot een passende oplossing gekomen. Excellent choice in Eindhoven suburbs

This hotel was much much nicer than I had expected, mostly because the photos portray it as less attractive than it actually is. It has modern decor and a very pleasant ambience. I would definitely stay again.
It is located overlooking a park, about a 20 minute walk to city centre. The immediate neighbourhood is residential and quiet.
The bedroom was comfortable, warm and well-equipped.
I didn’t use the dining room so unable to comment, but from the menu it seems quite formal.
The hotel has a pretty outdoor seating area.
No significant negative points.
The person on reception when we arrived was attentive but not friendly. The daily room service had missed a few small items in the room.
