SCAM- AVOID: Left family with two minors without housing after reservation was made
Disclaimer: honest and real opinion based on our own experience, backed by the guest of the twin apt across the floor of our (failed) rental, with the same access problem (took them 3h). Pobla de Farnals, Valencia.
1-The apt is nonrefundable, that’s how they get you to go through the holes in the first place
2- prepaid on booking, they keep sending messages (TENDIMUS SL) to pay again in order to finalize and complete information that you already fulfilled on booking.com.
3- they request a hold (we were unaware and disclose it to booking immediately) on your credit card of EUR300 as a guarantee prior your arrival, mandatory. Via Swikly, outside Booking platform, company that acc to what I read, always sides with the other part, the landlord.
4- The contract is abusive, with clauses that for example, state that they can access the apt at any moment without any notice. They also claim they can change the clauses without any notice, anytime.
5- The access to the apt: impossible, in our case: street door: with a combination of a unlocking a link + number in the keypad+ unlocking again code.
Second outside door: link associated with the apt number + code: would not work, a neighbor had to let us in.
Third door/ apt door: after many failed attempts, discovered the code was for the apt across the floor to the other guest’s surprise. Imagine the lack of security for that other family.
1h+ phone call (23h) to Singular Stays customer service, they couldn’t get ahold of the owners/landlord or get us a new code//resend correct access. They said they would call back, I’m still waiting.
1h+ phone call with booking, they requested answers to the landlords, with no luck, but their policy made us wait 45 min to cancel the reservation, free our money and give us another option similar to the one we got. Note is summertime in Valencia area in Spain, everything booked and by then, midnight and no lodging.
Had to call back booking since they made no movements. Poor customer service experience. They gave us an option 1h away. Note we are a family with a one year old and a 5 year old and by then, is 12:30. We had to call hotels in the area and luckily found one that had one room for 4 ppl.
All of that nightmare for my family, with minors, due the incompetence of a company that surely should not have a license. Will evaluate filing a report with the police with the receipts I kept from everything.

Avoid like the plague!
Terrible! Impossible to stay there.
They gave us a nice apartment aesthetically .. but where there was a smell Hallucinating sewer... you could not sleep!
We stayed 4 GG with the windows wide open (and the kids even got sick!)

ATTENTION - Non-refundable, if you have problems/need to cancel at the last minute, they will not be available to listen to you , nor to come up against you with a partial refund of the Reservation Fee. THEY RETAIN THE FULL COST OF RESERVATION.

STAY AWAY from this apartment
What you see is not what you get. The moment you enter the building is the moment you want to leave, as you'll be greeted with an intense smell of sewage. It is so strong that breathing becomes almost impossible. The bad first impression continues inside the apartment. In our case, it was filthy, including hairs from previous guests, dead insects, and dust everywhere. We immediately contacted the host, and yes, they did send someone to clean again. However, this time the smell was even worse after they obviously sprayed something in the rooms, and now you had toilet smell mixed with cheap deodorant. It was unbearable, and unthinkable to stay here, so we left and had to book another place, incurring high additional costs. The provider simply stopped responding. We immediately informed them about our departure and demanded a refund of the costs. No response. Eventually, we notified the tourism authority. I strongly advise against booking an accommodation with this provider.

Well located but average apartment.
Concierge service not up to par, we never received the messages with the codes to enter the apartment, and we had to call several times to get them on the phone. Bad sewer smells in the apartment and throughout the building. Surprise deposit request 3 days before arriving... Otherwise good location, very central and behind the central market of Valencia.
