The room was large and clean! The view was pretty. Only complaint is the gym didn’t open early. Normally they are open early or even 24hours. Parking was good and staff was friendly

Good breakfast.
Decent room.
Perfect location to the bus into town and to a local supermarket.
Pool is very small, and no umbrellas around the pool so no shade atall in that area.
Free water by reception that is never filled so you don’t actually get any 😂

Highly recommended
Location, staff, Breakfast, the room are all appreciated.
The bus is just outside, depending on where you are going. The tram is a 5 minute walk away. The freshly squeezed orange juice, the food variety and the staff during breakfast are awesome
The room was clean and the music in the bathroom was an amazing surprise.

Good result
Chosen for price and connections.
This hotel is located in the convention area, you can arrive by taxi/bolt/uber/freenow/cabify in about 20 minutes or by metro.
From Beniferri station you change after 3 stops in Guimerà: from there you take the one to the airport, convenient and cheap.
So quick check in, with friendly staff and interacting with guests.
Spanish and Italians always understand each other immediately.
They give me a room on the 7th floor, with nice light and views.
King size bed, really comfortable, wide pillow choice, expected from the hotel category, so good.
There were no 2 bottles of water waiting for us, generally, beyond certain amounts in the hotel, there should (in theory) be, while there was a mini bar (not used) not even overstocked.
So roomy closet, the diabolical safebox that goes to 3 figures instead of 4 as usual, a desk chair and armchair.
Bathroom with bathtub, very cheap shower and good smelling shampoo/gel (although in plastic dispenser, it's really cheap too).
The bathroom has silicone that has blackened in some parts and is coming off in others, it takes little and becomes new.
The complex turned out to be well cleaned, starting from the rooms.
I have not enjoyed breakfast, so I cannot judge.
Fruit instead of late check out (at 16) for only 25€ (very honest) on the last day.
Heated swimming pool just outside and next to the structure, very hot even if I found it a little greenhouse effect, but with the fact that they open it in summer it will definitely be something else and will definitely give another imprinting.
Gym, enjoyed several times, has the essentials, but a kattlebell that costs 10 € on Temu could also put it.
Machinery few and old, except treadmills, well performing (one not working, with sign).
Sauna and showers just outside the gym, all in all an extra service.
Mention to the lobby, really impressive and beautiful.
Finally, the lifts : they reminded me of the same Japan-made extrusion as a hotel also reviewed here.
If there is traffic and it is called by multiple people, it will take you even 5 minutes to get on or off and to me this seems like a joke.
Apart from minor smudges, I recommend it.

Impersonal hotel with poor service and a lot of noise, so we will not come back here.
Arrival on Thursday 23 April at 14:00 with family and suitcases went badly. No explanation or assistance with check-in. We entered everything through the column ourselves (±15 min), but did not get a ticket.
When we asked for help, the employee reacted visibly grumpily and only helped after urging. Then we still had to re-enter everything. Unnecessarily cumbersome and totally unhospitable.
Breakfast is very limited for a hotel of this size. Room smelled musty, though clean. Sheets were replaced only after request.
Rooms are noisy: you hear the TV and other noises from neighbors. In addition, there is a disco downstairs, so there is a lot of sound of music and young people talking at night.
Employee at entrance breakfast is unfriendly, you do not feel welcome. When checking out, only the minibar was asked for, without any interest in how the stay was.
Hotel is far from downtown.
Positive:
* Bathroom, bed and toilet clean
* Mariano at breakfast is friendly and welcoming
* Location convenient next to conference building
All in all, the service feels impersonal and below par. On a next visit to Valencia we will definitely choose another hotel. This hotel does not meet the expectations you might have of this price range.
