Perfect location, beautiful views, nice an quiet, very clean rooms and really great hotel.

We checked in and arrived with a rental car, so we were advised to park in the front yard with other cars and to leave the keys at the reception if they needed to move any cars for access. Our room was large and very clean with 2 balconies to look over the city and to the mountains. As we were very close to all the city highlights, it was just a short walk down the hill to see everything withing walking distance. Their local breakfast was also really delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to see Tbilisi for a day or two like we did.

formal complaint - unsafe lobby due to uneven flooring

Unforgettable experience:
1. Street is not accessible by bus or vacation pack more than 20 pax. Either by Bolt or sprinter of 20pax can only access the hotel.
2. Premises are clean
3. Odd rooms had good views. Even rooms are worst.l, both rooms are of same rates
4. Uneven flooring on the lobby making unsafe to the guests that requires the attention of Georgian National Tourism Administration
5. Currently the hotel restaurant located on the 5th is only open in the morning and serving breakfast.
6. Toilets are with bidet hose spray
7. Lobby receptionist / staff forget to smile
8. General Manager Mr. Tornike are only available in the afternoon.
9. When request for room service the staff take actions
10. None assistance of hotel lobby staff for guest luggages. None service oriented lobby staff.
11. The breakfast staff are excellent and hardworking. They even serve earlier than 8am
12. There was a good thai restaurant were good food is served.

Great experience

Our flight landed very early, but they allowed us to store our bags in the hotel and gave us a card to collect them when check-in opened. When it came to check-in they let us know that they have us a free upgrade to standard rooms. We had initially, purchased economy rooms. That was great news. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. First hotel in years where I didn't find hairs in the bed or bathroom and stains on linen. Everything was spotless! Shower is powerful and I enjoyed my showers here, even better than, my home shower. The rooms have balconies with incredible views. Breakfast was divine. Beautiful views from the indoor tables and a balcony outside. A great selection of food for breakfast. There was a small incident with the towels as after washing my hair, it dripped a few spots on the foor towel. They were going to charge me 25 lari for that. But then they said it doesn't matter. However, I did wash the towel myself and got the hair-dye out. The hotel is air-conditioned. The cleaners give you two new bottled waters each day. Receptionist are friendly. The reception area has quite a bit of seating for when you need to wait for taxis. It is close to many attractions. The only thing is that there are steep hills to the hotel. It is situated on one of the hills. So if you're not one for walking inclines, use a taxi to get around.

The hotel is located near to the old city (10 mins by walk). It was clean, rooms are big, breakfast could be better but it was also ok. I really liked the room with two big terraces. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Sole Palace Hotel

Loved the stay at the hotel. Breakfast was good. Location perfect.
A word of caution for people having difficulty walking, as you need to go uphill from the centre to the hotel. Other than that would definitely recommend Sole Palace hotel.
