I recommend it, but remember it's Georgia. Don't expect high service
They took a Monument room - a standard room with a view of Freedom Square.
Booked through booking, same place they sent request for extra bed. The hotel confirmed it, at check-in we separately paid GEL 70 per bed per night and GEL 55 per breakfast per day for the child.
The hotel is designed in a modern style, which is supported in everything - delight for the eyes.
The common areas have pleasant flavors.
The room has a cosmetics set, water daily, kettle and capsule coffee machine.
Nice towels.
The iron was delivered on request.
Breakfasts on the terrace are a separate art form. Best view of Tbilisi. The range of dishes and their quality are also very decent.
Good WiFi.
I took off an asterisk for not being perfect (someone left dirty plates in the lobby, so they stayed more than a day; the carpet in the room can really be either cleaned or changed). But the biggest downside was that on the first night, there was a party on the terrace with DJs, the crowd danced until five in the morning. And with them, we! Very loud, moreover the bass beds vibrated. It was a terrible night.
By the way, the noise insulation in the rooms is also weak. If you're used to sleeping in silence, then definitely don't overlook Freedom Square. There's a lot of noise around the clock, police, cars.
For us, the location of the hotel, the view from the room and terrace, and its interior erased many of the undersung.

Terrible Experience. Never going back or recommending anyone!
They were racist and not helpful at all.
I mostly stay at 5 star hotels and i have never faced or dealt with such unprofessional staff so far.
No efforts made to make the stay special when i told them we have 2 people celebrating birthdays and i was even happy to pay for any arrangements. They didn’t check with their managers and directly said it’s not what they do and if i was unhappy i can complain about it.
The hand gestures and eyes rolling made me very angry.
Upon using the laundry bags they made a big issue as if they are just kept there for show and not for the customers to use.
There is always a way to talk especially in the hospitality industry, these people are very far from hospitality. They should be trained first on how to talk to a human.
Terrible service. We were not offered to any help with the luggage despite of having kids with us. After 20 mins they ask if we really need any help with the bags?
Would never recommend this place to anyone.
They made us feel as if they were doing a favor on us by letting us stay there. We booked suites, large and superior rooms. There was no decency.
Please take some action against Cathy.
