Great hotel

Everything was great, not wrong with the hotel, walking access to all attractions, the hotel itself is new, clean, cleaning every day, all hygiene products are there, there are even bathrobes, toothbrushes and slippers, which is not in all five-star hotels) breakfasts are a separate pleasure, buffet, huge choice, photo affixed, and before 11:00, which is not in all hotels, and milking those who like to sleep it is just perfect. The staff at the reception are very friendly, always willing to cooperate, everyone is very nice! We changed our glasses in the room, were not against taking plates in the room, never banned anything The view from the window is very beautiful, French balcony, the only thing that was not comfortable-the door from the balcony is closing, had to prop up the kettle(We were very pleased and now if we return to Tbilisi-osian in the same hotel!

The hotel is new, beautiful and stylish!

The hotel loved it! Near the Opera House and Shota Rustaveli Avenue, Freedom Square is 15 minutes away. Very cozy and clean, new stylish! Breakfasts - the buffet was delicious and varied! We ate before lunch))) and did not feel hungry for hours until 3 p.m. Towels were changed daily, water in the room, tea, coffee, sugar were also brought every day. The staff is polite and always available to help. Thank you for your hospitality! On our next visit to Tbilisi, we will stay in this hotel.

Nice experience at A5 Hotel Tbilisi

I booked a Superior Double Room at A4 Hotel, Tbilisi. The room was nice and large. Doors opened onto a Juliet type terrace. Two full length mirrors in room. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Bathroom nice and large, included a bidet. Hand wash, shower gel and shampoo provided.
There were 3 hangers in the wardrobe - I asked for more hangers and these were brought to my room quickly.
There's no iron and ironing board in the room, however, housekeeping provided these quite quickly.
There are places to eat and drink nearby. The location of the hotel is easily accessible to Freedom Square.
My only negative is that there were 3 light bulbs that didn't work - I asked for them to be replaced but they never were. It didn't spoil my stay though.
The TV wasn't working, however, this was fixed quite quickly.
Breakfast selection was quite good.
Staff were always helpful. I would stay here again.

Clean, good location, very nice staff

The hotel is very close to everything, but still in a quiet area. Tha staff were amazing and so helpful and answered every need we had. Would definitely recommend and we will come back.
The room was very clean and we got water and coffee and tea every day.
