Check-in to the hotel went to cheers (we were met by a very drunk receptionist and started with the first words rude to our guide and then to us! Nothing has changed after the complaint! This man continued to behave in the same boorish way as if he were the owner of this hotel! As for cleaning, they don't clean at all! During the 4 days of our stay, never changed towels or cleaned the room, at the time of departure the garbage was no longer visible ((((
So, I don't recommend it at all!!!

Planned customer fraud, photos untrue
According to a photo from 10 or 15 years ago, it was a hotel, now a hole.
We arrived, the receptionist asked to cancel the booking offered to lower the price, ca. (Now I can't leave review there). Payment first, check not paid. Before that, Georgia had not yet been cheated 10 days before, so they took their word for it, especially the man lived in Russia than even boasted.
We went into the room, he left, we're looking at a room not the one on the booking, not the junior suite, but the standard all tired, murdered. Back to the receptionist he says, and nothing to look at booking we don't have that number now. We decided to move out, we ask for a refund of 315 GEL, which we refuse.
After a brief belief that he was not acting like a man and that was not what was stated, the admin and the owner decided to deduct GEL 30 from us in 30 minutes and return the balance.

Noisy, dirty and generally unpleasant, room nothing like on the website!
We were looking for a hotel in the vicinity of the first hotel we stayed in, which was lovely but only had a room for one night. Everywhere was full so we took a room in this hotel as a last resort. The owner was extremely friendly until we paid in advance as demanded, then he didn't want to know. The room did not feel clean, neither did the bedding. There was a huge stain on the mattress and pillow on my friend's bed. The sheets had a greyish sheen. We were wondering if they had actually been changed. The kettle was old and stained, the glass cups were smudged so we didn't use them. Coffee and tea were not provided anyway. The television did not work, it did not even turn on. The room was not cleaned while we were there and the one small bin in the bathroom was full so we had to stack up the rubbish in the corner of the room. The room felt damp and indeed the light summer blouses I washed were still not dry when we left. Our room was on the ground floor in a small annexe next to the main building. It led straight onto the patio with tables and chairs. The first night very loud live music was playing outside the bar directly opposite until 2 am so we couldn't sleep. The music was so bad it wasn't worth listening to. The hotel owner did not inform us of this when we checked in. The next day we went on a long trip outside Tblisi. We decided to call him to see if we could get a refund for the 2nd night as neither of us wished to stay there again. His telephone number was invalid. He did not appear to have an email address either. I noticed that when we arrived he was reluctant to give us the WiFi password and insisted on entering it in our phones himself. He did not ask to see our passports nor did he give us a receipt for our stay. We were overcharged, approximately 70% more than the rates on booking.com. We stayed out as late as possible before returning for the 2nd night. There was no live music, but Russians were sitting on the patio at the table directly in front of our room drinking, talking, singing very loudly all night even though they knew our room was directly next to them. The next morning one of them was asleep with her head on the table. When we left the hotel we were exhausted from lack of sleep. There was no point in talking to the owner as it was obvious he could turn very nasty. He couldn't even be bothered to say goodbye. We were just glad to leave.

Beware SCAM
I booked this hotel via booking
When we arrived to the hotel they lied to us and said that they had "overbooking" on the room we ordered while basically selling our room to someone else.
As we were family with 3 kids we were really shocked from these news.
Then they said they will offer us an apartment "for the same price". - "it will only take 2 minutes"
Finally, I went with one of the employees to see the apartment which was very far up the hill and the most frustrating - it was very old, dirty and ugly
So, instead of getting the room we ordered in beautiful old Tbilisi - they offered us an old, dirty apartment in a complete different area
I had to go back to the hotel and told them that we are leaving only after they will refund our payment in booking.
All that time they were blaming booking.com for causing this mess.
When we asked to see the other reservation that was done as they claim on the same room via booking.com they have refused.
I am travelling for years all over the world using booking.com and have NEVER faced such a rude behavior in a hotel.

This Hotel is not a hotel! this is a total scam
Sadly together with my boyfriend we have chosen this hotel for our Tbilisi stay earlier in June. our experience with them was horific actually. We have goten a room with broken furniture which we thought in the beginning it is not a big deal. But very soon later in the day we have discovered that we do not have a warm water at all and so problems started to pile up.
We decided to sleep on it and in the morning we discovered that still the entire hotel does not have a warm water. This was a big deal because actually it was so hot in the city after traveling 8 hours to Tbilis all we wanted was to shower. Later came insects in our room (ants under the bed).
Throughout our stay we also did not have a wifi.
The worst was actually the breakfast... not only what they provided but actually that the person that came to serve (make coffee or omlette) was a person that in the meantime was cleaning the rooms and toilets of other people, when she saw we are going to have a breakfast she came downstairs and acted as our cook (making eggs)and waitress.
I really founded it disgusting and unacceptable because we thought we were booking a proper 8.9 hotel (booking stated this rate).
Also please keep you valuables with you if you will stay in this hotel- there is no security in this hotel- the downstairs door is locked with a broom (not a joke when we were leaving at 6 the door was locked with a broom!)
By the way they will also not clean your room, or change towels... they only have one set of keys so they can not go inside unless you leave them the key and unless you specifically ask for your room to be made up.
We also chose this Hotel because on the pictures it really looks good... but it is well worn down place... and dirty (we are attaching pics)
