Small and friendly hotel - and incredibly helpful owners / managers

An unplanned stop over booked at short notice following a cancelled flight. Simple, spotless accommodation. The people on reception couldn’t have been more helpful, organising taxis, recommending local restaurants…
We ate at Akrotiri Restaurant a few mins walk away…a real surprise for such a small village - the food was the best we had our entire break. But also a good range of alternative places to eat nearby.

Perfect Greek Getaway!

​I enjoyed everything about my stay at Iraklis Hotel. My visit to Mitikas was all about relaxation and the hotel, the staff and the area made it really easy. The rooms are lovely, clean, comfortable. I had breakfast included which was delicious. The staff were attentive, polite and kind. They always made sure I was ok and asked if I needed something. They gave recommendations for places to visit and great places to eat all of which were great. The hotel is well looked after and as a guest I felt very well looked after. If you want a lovely experience in Greece I recommend this hotel for where you stay

LOWER THAN EXPECTATIONS

THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY SMALL AND EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE WITH MINIMAL PROPORTIONS.....WE STOVED ON THE 2nd FLOOR WITHOUT AN ASCENDER....BUT THE OTHER OWNERS WERE VERY GENERAL BUT THE PRICE WAS NOT CONFORMING WITH THE PROPORTIONS AND THE PHOTOGRAPHES OF THE ROOM

Worth the money we spent

We did enjoy our 7-day staying in this family-driven hotel. Both owners and staff were there to serve us in anything we asked for. Nearby (100 m.) to a not crowdy and sandy beach with free of charge umbrellas and sun loungers. Worthy to mention the cleanliness of our room (the chambermaid cleaned it even on Madonna's day) and the extra king size of our beds (like home). A possible con: Since this hotel is a pet-friendly one this might result to sleeping difficulties in case that your neighbor's distressed dog is used to growl late in the evening.

Amazing Greek hospitality

The hotel is run by an amazing family who is always available to serve you and is interested in your well-being
They are very friendly with small children and pets
They make their own breakfast which is always rich with Greek products
They own and rent cars but come to the airport to pick you up if you agree
The closest beach is at 3’ and has free sun loungers and umbrellas
Nearby is the famous Monolithi beach with many beach bars
The village of Mitikas has a supermarket pharmacy and many restaurants
Preveza is at 10’ and is beautiful
I highly recommend it
