There weren’t any reviews to read for this property since the name change when we booked and the previous ones for Haralambos were a couple of years old. Hopefully this review helps.
We booked via Olympic Holidays and the info given matched our expectations for the accomodation: basic older style studio.
The room was clean; the beds very comfortable (extra pillows provided on request; sufficient storage (lots of hangers); sockets by the beds; there is a hairdryer; kitchen suitably equipped for drinks/snacking. There was dish soap/sponge provided but bring a tea towel; air con worked well. We didn’t need it at first as there was a good breeze but did utilise it the last few days. €7 per day and you can opt for it on a day to day basis as needed; bathroom is small but perfectly manageable. Shower curtain is long enough so as not to soak the floor. Plenty of hot water though water pressure can be a bit up and down depending how many are using it I suppose. Bring your own soap/toiletries; wi-fi was strong; no TV - it wasn’t missed; plenty of lighting options.
We were lucky enough to be allocated an upstairs room. Our balcony on the side had lovely sea views, washing line/pegs, table & chairs. Didn’t find it noisy even though it’s on the main road.
Cleaning was every two days - fresh towels (including bath mat and shower insert each time), sheet change mid week. Loo rolls replaced.
The property location is great. It’s on the flat (was up the hill on my previous stay). Bus stop for Kos Town over the road and the return stop/bus up to the village is right outside the supermarket - just stick your arm out.
Short walk towards the harbour/beach/restaurants but there’s also the beach right over the road and restaurants close by including the family one, Limani. Had a really nice meal there. The supermarket is both convenient and well stocked and prices were compatible to anywhere else we looked. Great when lugging 6 big bottles of water!
Yiannis is so welcoming and we really loved our natters with Sharon who looks after the shop in the evening. And a mention to young ‘Sam’ who checked us in on arrival. Of course we met Harry over at the restaurant. What a character! And mama’s food was
We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to choose the property again.

Beautiful little place

What a place,this is our last night before flying home tomorrow after spending 7 nights here,we booked a studio which was very basic but had everything you need,shower room and toilet,little kitchenette and large bedroom,lots of storage space and spotlessly clean,fresh bedding,fresh towels etc,lovely little patio area to sit out with table and chairs,we were bottom floor,wouldve preferred upper floor balcony but didnt spoil our holiday,this is a family run business and what a beautiful family they are,they have the apartments and the little supermarket and also Limani restaurant,each and everyone of them go out of their way to help you,go above and beyond for you. Yannis is one of the most kind and caring humans we have ever met,my partner needed a doctor while we were there,he was quite poorly..Yannis rang the doctor,arranged transport to get us there and back,sent photocopies of documentation we needed for the prescription to be authorised and then with it being a sunday and pharmacies were shut he made phone calls and they opened the pharmacy just so we could go and collect antibiotics,really dont know what we would,ve done without his help,cant thank him enough. Apartments right next to beach,just a walk over the road,very pebbly though so bring beach shoes,private sunbeds and umbrellas,€8 for the day.beach is beautiful,loads of places to eat and drink. The restaurant was lovely,food delicious and home made,really couldnt fault anything about this place,Your Second Home really does become that and we will be sad to leave but will defo be back soon. Thank you all for looking after us and making our stay such a pleasant one.
