Gem in Athen

If you’re coming to Athens, don’t even think about staying anywhere other than the Hellenic Vibes Smart Hotel.
The location is simply unbeatable – all the main attractions are within walking distance, so we could truly make the most of our time without wasting it on transportation.
The rooms are modern, clean, and beautifully minimalistic, as well as very comfortable and spotless.
The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made a huge difference. Genuine, warm hospitality like this is rare.
Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety – the perfect start to a full day of exploring. We stayed on a half-board basis, and every dinner was à la carte, with absolutely incredible flavors and generous portions – truly unforgettable.
The entire hotel has a unique, modern atmosphere that makes your stay feel like more than just accommodation – it’s an experience.
Honestly, we couldn’t find a single flaw.

So good we rebooked when we return to Athens!

Great location and super staff. They were able to accommodate our special request (physical key when we needed it) and the app was so cool! Room was clean and comfortable. We even got a text that they found a lost object after we checked out.

Great stay at Hellenic Vibes Smart Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Hellenic Vibes Smart Hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located. The free breakfast is abundant and delicious. We were in a wheelchair accessible room and it met our needs. The hotel is newly renovated and surrounded by places to eat and shop. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic location, very clean and the smart technology was great. It is located near a church so bells go off very early along with the hustle and bustle of a busy side road (car alarms etc). Overall, it was wonderful.

Great room. Way too loud even after requesting a quiet room.

We loved everything about this hotel except it is by no means a sound proof quiet hotel. We requested a quiet area when we booked and asked again at arrival if our room would be quiet. We were guaranteed it was quiet and sound proof. While the pillows, bed, and room are wonderful, there is absolutely nothing quiet about the room we were placed in and it was 2 of the worst nights sleep we have ever had. From building alarms, to cars driving by and honking on the main street, people yelling all night long outside, to parties til 2 am, there was no way to actually sleep. When I provided feedback about this at checkout, I was blamed for it. I was made to feel like it was my fault for not telling them sooner. I asked twice prior to checking in for quiet and was given one of the 2 worst room locations for noise. Do not accept room 105 or 106 if you want to get any sleep at this hotel. Truly people who work in this hotel need to spend a night in one of those rooms to hear how loud it is all night long. And don't blame your customer when providing feedback about how awful it is. If you can sleep through absolutely anything, then this is a great place to stay at.
