It was great, had a very smooth check in everything was amazing when we arrived. Perfect location, would go again 100%

Great location but not 4 star hotel, maybe 3.
Issues in our room were never addressed, internal door lock didn’t work, safe didn’t work, shower head broken. Also construction right behind hotel woke us at 7am both mornings. Nobody can help that but if you’re a light sleeper it was very loud.
Cleaning and door staff were great, very helpful and friendly.
Roof top bar with Acropolis view was really nice!

What a disappointment!!
So far it is a 2 or 3 . We just arrived. No complimentary water. Dirty carpets and stained in the hallway. The bathroom is smaller than what we just had on our cruise ship. Torn curtains, light coming through. Management controls the A/C and one you get then to turn it on it only goes to 19 C. The place is worn looking. Only 2 people can fit in the elevator with one piece of luggage. We complained to our OAT Guide and we were told this is one of the better rooms. If this is the better room I hate to see what the worse rooms look like. The room. Doesn't smell fresh. Smells like someone could have been smoking in here. Have only been here one hour and If I wasn't with a group of 24 I would leave this place. I am stuck here for 2 nights.

A lovely hotel but disappointing bar with a view.
My daughter and I visited 9th July 2026 We loved the hotel and the location was brilliant. The reception was very professional and friendly. The only negative is the top floor resturant bar area with a view. The 2 Managers were so rude when we walked in. They made us feel very unwelcome even when I said we were booked into the hotel. They both made us feel lesser than. My daughter is blind and they could see that we were not there to drink. I wanted a cocktail but after the treatment we left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. A pity that they spoilt which otherwise was a lovely stay.

From the location in Athens to the service of the staff, this hotel was wonderful! We loved our stay here. HIGHLY recommend. Our family suite was the perfect setup for us!
