Room was very clean (if a little on the small size). Staff was super helpful and friendly. Great breakfast! A fun and interesting walk (about 30 mins) to Acropolis and all the downtown attractions. It's in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood, but really one could say that about the entire Athens downtown core (or virtually any large city anywhere...).
Overall a solid value!

Not the best

Not a great place for family's.
What can I say location short walk into town and only 20 mins from the Acropolis. The hotel was clean and tidy.
That's the good stuff over.
The lifts in the hotel are tiny, no room to swing a hamster let alone a cat. Just managed to get 2 people and a suitcase in. And one lift is smaller with no door between you and the shaft and the floor moves.
Little to no hot water it was Luke warm at best.
Hotel bar is open when they feel like it and serves what the feel like serving at the time. No hot drinks and a limited choice of soft drinks.
The location has everything you need a couple of nice restaurants down the road. Police station just down the road, once you pass the druggies and prostitute's.
Athens itself was lovely and the people friendly. Loads of history and great food .

Clean and well-maintained hotel. The bed was comfortable, and we really appreciated being allowed an early check-in. I’m giving it 4 stars because the shower could have some improvement—it's difficult to have a proper shower because the showerhead is set too low and there’s no shower curtain. The surrender area is "weird.'

own choice

The hotel's record is very grim in the evening screaming bums, listening to loud music. We've also had bums yell at you next to the hotel and try to touch you. The room itself is quite small the beds are good the shower is very small and old. The balcony is nice and spacious nice to chill in the evening and think back to that day. The staff is polite to the young people a little angrier than adults

As said before by others, the street and neighborhood is very bad. Even if there’s a police station in the same street 100 meters away. Many junkies and homeless people. Who also several at night so we woke up many times. The upside is that a main metro station is close by.
Reception staff very friendly, breakfast crew is helpful.
Elevators are tiny and extremely slow.
