Simple and clean

Hotel next to the train station, the rooms overlooking the garden are quiet, and everything was really clean, thank you.
On the third floor, fortunately, there is an entryway because the noise from the stairs is quite significant, but it is an old building with a lot of character.
The staff is lovely.
Hearty and quality breakfast!

One night is fine, but for more, it’s more complicated.

Ideal for a one-night stay
Well-located hotel, close to the train station, with a pleasant courtyard and a welcoming and friendly staff.
Having spent 4 nights, it is not suitable. The soundproofing really needs improvement: you can easily hear people passing in the hallway, conversations from neighboring rooms, and even snoring. The breakfast offers a small buffet, but it remains quite basic and only filter coffee is available, with no option for espresso. It is also unfortunate to have to keep the key on you at all times, which is not very practical, and the storage in the room could be better designed.
Overall, an establishment that serves its purpose for a one-night stay, but with some improvements that would make the stay significantly more comfortable.

The Loire castles by bike based in Tours

Great hotel staff very kind (they gave us a superior room compared to our x 'free same price... overlooking the inner courtyard where we left the bikes that we found covered by a towel as protection) super breakfast, central location
Highly recommended!!!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable hotel, great value for money.

Traditional French hotel located very close to the railway station. On a relatively busy main road but I wasn’t disturbed by road noise even though I had a room at the front. I picked the cheapest room which had the bathroom facilities effectively within the room (the other side of a screen but no space for an actual door). I thought it was great value for money. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only issue was noise from the room next door and noisy plumbing but only from my own facilities so not a massive issue. There was no kettle or coffee maker (but there often isn’t in Europe). Breakfast was pleasant - I was presented with a mixed basket of bread and pastries, and there was a choice of cheese, cold meat, yoghurts, granola and fruit, as well as juice and hot drinks.

Lovely hotel accommodated gluten free breakfast

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff, who went out of their way to ensure we were able to enjoy gluten free breakfast with many options and helped us find gluten free dinner. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. Conveniently located.
