Outstanding boutique hotel in Nimes

The establishment is a lovely boutique hotel very near the Nimes Amphitheatre and not far from the Maison Carree (ancient Roman temple). Fabulous location. The room was large. We had a nice deep tub and good shower. The bed was good and the room furniture useful and comfortable. The breakfast was really good - freshly scrambled eggs, ham, cheese. Excellent bread and croissant from the local boulangerie. Great coffee and tea with hot milk. Lots of jam, honey. Cereal too. The proprietors are twin brothers that are extremely welcoming and gracious and helpful. Outstanding place and great value. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel de l'Amphitheatre. Olivier and his brothers couldn't have been more helpful from everything to graciously allowing us an early check in, to suggesting an excellent restaurant for dinner, to helping sort out our parking. I would highly recommend this property for not only its perfect location but primarily for the hospitality of the owners.

The charm of a hotel!

A magical place in Nîmes, we went to the Jamiroquai concert at Las Arenas and the location couldn't be better, right next to it and in the historic center of the town, filled with options for lunch, dinner, having a drink, or wandering through its beautiful streets...
The hotel itself is a marvel, with fabulous decor, everything very clean. The room on the top floor with windows facing the pedestrian street, with a super comfortable and large bed and an elegant freestanding bathtub in the bathroom. And the owners, Olivier and Paul, are two great hosts, the best! Thank you, we will undoubtedly return to your beautiful hotel!!!
A magical place in Nîmes; we came for the Jamiroquai concert at the Arènes and the location was ideal: right next door, in the historic center, surrounded by places to have lunch, dinner, have a drink, or simply stroll through the pretty streets... The hotel itself is magnificent, with superb decor and impeccable cleanliness. Our room, located on the top floor, featured large windows overlooking the pedestrian street, an immense and very comfortable bed, as well as an elegant freestanding bathtub in the bathroom. As for the owners, Olivier and Paul, they are fantastic hosts: simply the best! Thank you; we will undoubtedly return to your beautiful hotel!

Location and good service

I went to the Festival to listen to the Sting concert. The hotel is 50 meters from the Arènes and my room (number 7) overlooked the Place du Marché and was still super quiet. I highlight the kindness of the concierge, the comfort of the bed, and the price/quality ratio. I highly recommend it.
