Excellent!

We stayed at this hotel during the fair, and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very beautiful and clean, the staff is smiling, the location is perfect, and the rooms are classy and comfortable. I recommend it.

Professionalism and kindness at the meeting

We were fortunate to be welcomed by Sara, an absolutely exceptional receptionist. As soon as we arrived, she was smiling, warm and very professional, which immediately put us at ease. Always available and attentive, she has been able to respond to all our requests with efficiency and kindness. His service and attention to detail really helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Sara shows great professionalism while keeping a real proximity to the customers, which is very appreciative. He is an invested and passionate person. Many thanks to her for this impeccable welcome, we leave with an excellent memory thanks to Sara. We will be back with pleasure.

Unjustified cancellation

Booking made several months in advance for the Feria weekend.
Cancellation made some time later by the hotel so-called for works.
A week after the rooms are again available with rate increases.
Now forced to look for another hotel when we had anticipated our booking.

Good location but fairly average

The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful
The room is clean and spacious,however a smell of moisture on entering is not very nice
The bed is comfortable.
The bathroom is cramped, a sliding door would be more suitable, the shower head is cheap and very small.
The tricky point is the isolation between the rooms, my neighbors listened to rap all night on their phone talking quite loudly.
Breakfast served in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel is basic and rather industrial (pastries and orange juice)
In short a fairly average hotel yet well located (near train station)
