Fantastic hotel in the heart of Nice

Fantastic and recently fully renovated hotel in the middle of the butterfly of the centre of Nice. Great room, very nice service with high service grade. Very good breakfast with what you need. We will definitely return!

Poor service, would look elsewhere

Poor service as air conditioning was not operating effectively and the single staff member on duty was unable to help. They have suggested it was working and perhaps the settings were not properly applied. If that is the case, the staff should be able to help. All they could offer was a "technician next day" which is totally unhelpful/pointless for a one night stay.
Post stay, no refund or discount was offered which I find ridiculous given air con is so important in extremely hot weather. Unhelpful and would never stay here again.

I had a great stay overall. The room was beautiful, spotless, and elegantly decorated, with high ceilings. The bathroom featured L’Occitane amenities, and the shower was excellent.
The only downsides were that the room was a bit small, the view was not of the sea as shown in the photos, and the wall-mounted hair dryer was inconvenient since you have to keep the button pressed while using it.
Overall, I would happily stay here again.

This hotel is the perfect location - near to beach, shopping + restaurants. Right in the heart of where it’s all happening. Small rooms, carpets a bit worn and their own restaurant is quite soulless. However, convenience of location more than makes up for it.

Fantastic location with spacious, recently renovated rooms. Fabulous!

Perfect location, newly renovated spacious rooms with lovely bathroom. We were so happy to have booked this hotel. Rooms were quiet, air conditioning was great and we had a lovely view of the gardens and beach. So easy to walk across the road to the beach and boardwalk, or shop nearby with tram a few minutes away and restaurants everywhere nearby. Very reasonably priced for the location and we would happily stay here again.
