We absolutely loved our stay at the Best Western Roosevelt. This boutique hotel has everything you could ask for from a relaxed beach/city holiday. Our Superior Room, while slightly on the smaller side, was modern, beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly, especially considering the Nice’s August heat and humidity!
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A special shout-out to Francesca and Gabriella for being so wonderful!
The location couldn’t be better. It’s around a 10-minute walk from one of the most fantastic city beaches we’ve been to, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants and shops, and just a couple of minutes’ stroll from the Old Town. The hotel also provides beach towels and umbrellas, which was such a thoughtful touch and made spending the day at the public beach even easier and more enjoyable.
The train station is also less than 15 minutes away on foot, making it incredibly easy to explore the rest of the French Riviera.
We genuinely had a fantastic experience at the Best Western Roosevelt and thought it offered excellent value for money. We can’t wait to come back and book our next holiday!

Bad management

We stayed for 7 nights last week but unfortunately 2 shopping bags with new clothes inside were misplaced by the room maids. We reported immediately. To cut the story short, we asked for compensation but today someone Raga informed us that they will not refund . The amount is 150e.
Obviously we are very disappointed because if someone is ready to fraud 150e to a hotel , we ll not be ready to pay around 2,500e for 1 week. Our room number was 412.
We will eventually file reports to Nice police and local council . The hotel personnel took our things , the only ones having access to our room beside us. Lupin should be dead by now no .

Perfectly located about 5 mins walk from the beach and about 10 mins from the train station, in amongst an area of designer shops and deli’s and restaurants….The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean with extremely helpful and polite staff. Our room was a superior room, which was not huge but perfect for us, complete with a balcony and French doors which I loved! The room was cleaned every day and the fridge was stocked with complementary water, orange juice and fizzy drinks on our arrival which was very much appreciated by us. Although the hotel was located in a central area, we did not hear any noise from other guests and very little noise from outside! I cannot think of anything negative about this stay at the Best Western Roosevelt.. it was a solid 10/10! Xxx

Great location not far from the promenade and a over abundance of restaurants and bespoke boutique shops.
