Excellent Gerland hotel

Convenient hotel before a night departure from the Parc des Sports bus station, located a few minutes away.
Pleasant, comfortable room. Special mention for the large photos of Lyon at the head of the bed. Air conditioning and blackout blinds allow for real rest. New bedding = very comfortable.
Parking available (for a fee)
Close to the Palais des Sports, Matmut Stadium Gerland, Lou Rugby...

Okay hotel to stay at

Is a good hotel but the last day breakfast was all over about 8.30 and we had to ask them to fill up several times and we had to clean our table ourselves.

The hotel was generally good, but our experience at breakfast on the last day was disappointing. When we arrived at 8:20 AM, most of the tables were still dirty and had not been cleaned. It seemed that there were not enough staff members available to manage the breakfast area.
There were no forks or spoons available, many of the breakfast items had already run out, and there were no cups for coffee, tea, or even juice. My child was very hungry, and unfortunately we had to ask several times for a clean table and for basic items such as eggs to be replenished.
In the end, we had to clean a table ourselves with napkins so that we could sit down and eat. This was quite disappointing and not the level of service we expected from the hotel. Despite this issue, the rest of our stay was pleasant

"Really nice hotel, honestly! The best part was definitely the view from our room window—absolutely beautiful, loved just sitting and looking out. Had a great time here, would totally stay again!"

The hotel is very comfortable. They have free water refilling station in the lobby. Breakfast had extensive choices.
