Ok- try for better options
Its located outside the tourist zone and has a few supermarkets and a metro station close by. We were on a street facing room (209) and it was not noisy. AC was ok. Even though room was small it never felt cold enough. Barely any space for suitcases or to work on the laptop in the room. Breakfast the same everyday: 2 types of cold meat slices, 2 types of cheese, muelsi, fresh fruit, tea and coffee and a few types of bread. The lady in charge of refilling the food never did so, and I saw another guest had to really fight with her for the fresh orange juice refill.
Car parking was very stressful for our small Toyota Yaris. I took me about 20 minutes the first time to park and not hit the sides. I wish they had told me this when I booked, I would have looked at another hotel.
Room service was not done everyday despite the tag we hang on the door and there were no towels to be had!!!!
Staff were pleasant but ineffectual- 3 times we told them washbasin was clogged, but they did nothing about it. They had no refernces for nearby restaurants or any answers to tourist questions I asked.
They charged city taxes for children, but it is only for adults.
Overall, ok for us as we only came to the room to sleep.

to escape a stench of urine in the room
We had made a reservation for a room on Friday, June 27, at your hotel, but we refused to stay there due to a smell of urine coming from the shower. It was impossible to enter this place due to the strong odor. I requested to change rooms or to receive a refund, but that was not possible due to the absence of a manager. Furthermore, the possibility of parking my car in your lot is out of the question. I ask you to refund me within a reasonable timeframe. I am sending you my invoice attached to this email. While I wait for your commercial gesture, it is July 7, 2026, and there has been no gesture, no email from them, and no refund.

Average experience.
The hotel is not bad, the location is far from everything, and the breakfast is good. The problem is that I booked it with parking for my car, and upon arrival, they had no space. I had to leave the car on the street three blocks away.

Absolutely to be avoided!!! catastrophic!!!
The hotel is really not clean, worthy of a Formule 1, the price is really not commensurate with the service!!! No reception after 10 PM, key box with code; upon my arrival at 1 AM after a night of work, despite having informed them of my delayed arrival, the room was not ready, 25 minutes of waiting before the on-call service from Ibis intervened, I was told that the hotel was full; I asked to be relocated to another Ibis hotel... in vain, after an hour of waiting, miraculously a room became available in the same hotel... in short, a real ordeal and a catastrophic experience!!! Absolutely to be avoided!!! The room is small with an air conditioning system that prevents you from sleeping!!!! All this just for the morning to say have a good day without any commercial gesture!!!!
