The rail under the sink was broken.
The phone didn't work, and the air conditioning was impossible to work.
The decor and carpet was tired and unatteactive.
There was no 24 hour reception. Guests returning at night had to use a code to get through the side door.
Complained in the morning. Demanded another room and reimbursement for the night. The manager owner instead cancelled ny 3 night stay and electronically refunded my booking.
Went to an Ibis. Much better.

And I enjoyed having my morning coffee with the cat of the house (I am an animal person and you can ask the cat to stay away if you’re not an animal person which we respect — the cat understand that well).

Disaster
It has changed extremely: Chaos on arrival (Reservation was not booked, despite Reservation on the homepage), dirty shower, dirty cleaning bucket in the middle of the lobby. We're not going there anymore.
