A positive experience
Quiet position near the center. Nice staff, good breakfast. Clean room, but bathroom without window and occasional slight smell in the apartment, despite the presence of an air freshener

Unpleasant staff
I am very disappointed by the attitude of the staff.
I booked a hotel room wrong about the date — a mistake that falls entirely on me. When I arrived at the hotel, I realized it and I had to pay another night for the right date.
Having acknowledged my mistake, I simply asked if it was possible to obtain a refund or, failing that, a commercial gesture. I was then told to come back the next day, as the person in charge was not present.
The next day, the reception was unpleasant. I was asked to send an email, which I did... without ever getting a reply. I then called back: the person on the phone was again unkind, telling me that their conditions were “inflexible” and that they had “nothing to gain” by making a gesture.
Beyond the refusal, which I can hear, it is above all the total lack of commercial sense and the management of the situation that I deplore. A clear refusal from the start would have saved me from wasting time and energy unnecessarily.

Best for business
The hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre, just off the tram station. The bathroom is relatively large, clean, has a bathtub, and the shower water is impeccable. There was also a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. During my stay (3 nights) I was too busy for business purposes to cook much, but I would like to use the kitchenette next time.

For those who can sleep like a baby
Good location and large rooms are very positive attitudes of this hotel but noise coming from air condition heating is unacceptable. Even when I turn off air conditioning noise didn't stop .
