I recommend it!

Great experience at this hotel, the location is perfect for getting to the medieval city (5 min walk), the welcome was very warm, both on the phone and on-site, thanks to all the staff for their kindness. The room was clean, simple but with everything you need. The underground parking is very convenient. We will gladly return when we pass through Carcassonne again!

I recommend without hesitation!

It starts with a very warm welcome.
The room is small but good for the price, and very clean.
The breakfast for €12 is perfect, there is a variety and good quality. To be taken inside or on the terrace.
Private parking, monitored 24/7.
And above all, all the staff were very welcoming from start to finish.

THE BEST location to see the old medieval city. The hotel is literally at the foot of the old walls and main gate is just a five minute walk up the hill. Can’t get any closer. And the view of the Cite from the breakfast terrace is great.

Very good hotel

Delighted with our stay: The staff at the reception is extremely friendly and provides helpful advice.
The rooms are very clean, well-equipped, and quiet. Nice bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Parking is free, and there is also a paid garage.
Ideally located at the entrance of the Citadel and close to the Old Bridge with a lovely view of the Citadel; very pleasant reception.

The staff were exceptional helping to carry cases upstairs. Organising a taxi. We needed a corkscrew and he brought one out. The room was excellent and breakfast was absolutely first class. This was my third visit and I would highly recommend it
