Arrival late afternoon, Welcoming, reception and pleasant receptionist.
I get the keys to the pmr room I booked when I am not pmr (I booked without inquiring, one of the only hotel available, error on my part), on the ground floor so. 284.90€ for 2 nights.
284.90€ for two nights.
But do you know what other guests pay for 2 nights in Biarritz this time? (The words of the receptionist)
Believing that people with reduced mobility are not entitled to the same standard as others.
They don't provide garbage bags.
Smell of moisture when entering the room.
Air conditioning that tastes on the single bed. But I don’t worry, according to the reception, it will stop quickly. (284,90€ both nights)

I obviously informed the receptionist before posting this little message.
Apparently the limestone doesn’t leave (for a hotel where cleaning has to be done regularly, amazing), so she suggested I take the products and clean myself:)

Having booked a PMR room, she can't move me to another room. But offers to leave if I am not satisfied, obviously I have already settled my stay.:)
I look forward to the return of the manager tomorrow.

Sad place!
Not soundproof at all, street noise until midnight and later. No decoration. Cheap appliances and curtain rails, etc. Totally overpriced for this 10 sqm room. Sad place. Why did I book 3 nights here?
