Average stay and no follow up at all

Spa was great(Hana and Sasu) were fantastic.
Over all stay was avereage no follow up from front office and food and bevarage team which they need to improve.

The service at the Soramba was generally poor, ranging from having to constantly wait for service while staff talked to each other, and the woeful front desk, who promised a letter for me on three occasions, and, that aside, were generally disengaged.
Two exceptions were the cleaners, who were excellent, and one of the night managers, who was proactive and responsive.

An Exceptional Hotel

I enjoyed my stay at Soramba Hotel in Addis during my recent visit to Ethiopia. Soramba is indeed an exceptional hotel managed by professionally well qualified and extremely dedicated and caring staff. It is a fabulous place to stay be it for business or pleasure. A professionally trained hotel staff is ready to give you exceptional hospitality with a great customer friendly attitude. The management staff is on every floor of the hotel to make sure the hotel is operating smoothly. One other thing, Soramba Hotel has one of the strongest and most reliable internet connectivity in town, amazing ! I was impressed with the complete fully equipped state of the art fitness center with sophisticated modern engineering design. It is really fun to workout there. The hotel must be proud of its resort style amenities, it is a great vacation spot. Soramba has also a special cultural restaurant where authentic traditional Ethiopian food is served, I am definitely going back !
