We stayed at the Holy Sheet during our recent family trip. The hotel was easy to locate (signage posted on street poles, showing directions to elevator entrance). Once you arrived on the 9th floor, you do have to climb one more set of stairs, but the staff was there to carry our luggage up for us. The rooms were very spacious and had fantastic balconies. We were a family of 4 and the room was perfect! The also have a great terrace for breakfast/drinks, which is a very nice spot to relax. They held our luggage before our check-in time and again, after check-in, so that we could go straight to the airport from the hotel. They even arranged us a ride to help with all of our luggage. This hotel was located perfectly and we were very happy with our stay!

The best hotel in Egypt

we traveled to Egypt from Japan as a group of three and stayed at this hotel.
This hotel is amazing. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, and the bathroom and toilet are very clean as well.
Most importantly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful.
Their English is excellent, and when we told them that we were learning Arabic, they kindly taught us Arabic.

Great hotel in Cairo

I was very well received at the reception. Since the arrival they have helped with the bags and offered welcome water, a detail that makes all the difference.
The breakfast is great. Very traditional of Egypt, with typical food and everything very tasty and fresh.
A special highlight goes to the Monalisa. She was extremely attentive to me at breakfast. Resolved everything with sympathy and made me feel welcome.
Hotel with great cost-effectiveness, cleanliness and good location. I would definitely stay again and recommend for those who want a comfortable experience in Cairo.

Great value for your money. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpfull. Our waitress Madonna was amazing and did her best to accommodate our food restrictions. The location is ideal to walk to some of the tourist attraction and a short drive away to Zamalek. We really enjoyed our stay.
