My single room was very comfortable and well-equipped, including reliable free Wi-Fi. The double bed was especially cozy, with a warm down comforter and plush pillows that made for a great night’s sleep.
What really made the stay stand out, though, was the exceptional staff. The front desk team was consistently friendly and welcoming. The young woman who checked me in whose name started with an “L”(sorry I forgot your name) but she always greeted guests with a warm smile, which set a positive tone throughout my stay. Ibrahim at the front desk was also very helpful and attentive whenever I had questions.
Housekeeping, especially Karima, did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
All in all, Al Rashedy Hotel offers a fantastic combination of location, comfort, and service at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.

Bad service
I have childrens but still had to provide marriage certificate,
They don't give the room which is shown on booking,
Beds makes noise like it's about to break and mattress should've put into bin many years ago.
No fridge in some of the rooms
No internet connection above ground level.
They fool you by stating free breakfast but it's just buns and instant coffee without water, if you asked for water they charge you extra

エジプトで泊まった他のホテルと比較すると、受付の男性は少々ぶっきらぼうだった。ファーストネームが氏名どちらかわからず、確認していたらイージーと笑われて気分が良くなかった。
