Perfect spot close to public transportation

Fabulous hotel. Breakfast is wonderful and the hotel is located so close to public transportation it’s so easy to get around. It’s also relatively close to Old Town (it is a walk but can be done).

Poor

Very disappointing experience at Hilton. For a five-star hotel, charging guests extra to use the spa feels unreasonable and completely against the luxury experience you would expect. Sadly, this left a bad impression, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Room was clean and air conditioning was very useful due to heatwave, staff were very helpful, breakfast was very well organised for a big hotel. We enjoyed the stay.

Amazing hotel with great location just short walk away from Prague old town. This was our third visit to Prague and Hilton Atrium hotel and while the hotel keeps very high standard from year to year, we did notice a few changes this year (unfortunately not for the better) - they started charging for pool access (it was free until this year), breakfast - while still amazing and one of the best hotel breakfasts we ever had - seemed to be just a tad smaller with less variety than last year, and finally they are doing some renovations on the inner facade and due to scaffolding most of the rooms have their windows totally covered (ours was one of those).
However, this hotel still remains one of our absolute favorites - amazing breakfast, huge gym, great rooftop bar/restaurant with amazing view and great value for money.

Perfect hotel for a Prague mini city break.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Atrium Prague, very comfortable, clean room and great amenities. There was some work going on in the hotel during my stay but it was in the daytime and didn’t bother me at all. Staff were lovely and friendly, particularly Madeline on reception and Andre who cooked the eggs at breakfast.
Felt very safe here as a solo female traveller too.
There is a big bus tour bus which departs from outside the hotel doors and I found that a very convenient way to see all the sights especially as it was so hot 40during my visit. Both routes stop outside the hotel. You can still get your steps in when you hop off the buses to explore further.
The pool was lovely for a refreshing swim but if you do pay in cash check your change as a 100Czk note I received back from my only note of 500Czk that I brought with me was apparently an old one with a silver thread and not a new one with gold thread, I found this out at the airport when I tried to use it, as I had used a bank card everywhere else. I donated it to a charity box there instead as the shop refused to accept it, so hopefully someone will benefit in the end.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was great value. The breakfast was great and I got a good welcome. I thought it looked very impressive too and loved the lifts and how they operated.
If I was returning to Prague, which I hope to do in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

Scaffolding will be installed within the hotel’s inner façade (atrium area), from the 1st floor up to and including the 7th floor, and will be covered with mesh banners to minimize visual impact. During daytime, an increased level of noise may be expected. The hotel’s operations and all services remain unaffected. Rooms with atrium-facing views will have scaffolding that may reduce natural light, and no upgrades or room changes are available for this room type. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Children under 18 years of age stay free of charge when using pull-out sofa. Please note that extra beds are not available in all room categories. Wi-Fi access is available in guest rooms. Rates are quoted in EUR; however, all charges will be settled in CZK at the front desk according to the actual exchange rate. For all prepaid bookings, guests are required to provide a credit card for pre-authorization, and the original credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in. In the event of early departure prior to the confirmed departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee. LivingWell Health Club offers a range of fitness and wellness facilities. Gym access is complimentary for all guests.
