Very good!

Perfect location...near a tram stop a few steps from the hotel...near to everything ..just perfect not that center but everything u need is there.a 4 four stops of tram u just arrived at the city center..the room is big..good breakfast...an adorable receptionist...even the staff at bar of the hotel is so friendly..always smile and greets the guests...perfect stay..very good

Great stay.

Great experience. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms were clean. All staff we met were very friendly. It was raining and reception were able to let me borrow an umbrella which was appreciated.
Location is perfect. Right beside 2 tram stops. The transport is excellent. Great value for money. Would recommend.

Great base for a visit to Prague

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife. It was very hot at this time but the air con in the rooms was adequate.
Breakfast is great and the filter coffee was very good which in my experience is rare in hotels. All staff were very friendly and we got the lend of an umbrella one night
It happened to be my birthday while we were there and I got a free bottle of prosecco left in the room.
Hotel is right beside tram stops for easy access to public transport which is amazing in Prague. Don't book separate airport transfers just use the public transport 50mins get you here with one bus, one train and a 5 mins walk.
Loads of nice restaurants in the areas for food that's cheaper than the centre so you get the best of both world staying here.
Thoroughly enjoyed Prague and this hotel was a great base for our stay. For the price we paid I couldn't complain at all.

Excellent and cozy stay.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. The room was huge and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The reception staff and the dining staff were very friendly, always willing to help with any needs we had. The breakfast was very tasty.
The hotel is located in a very quiet area, although there are many restaurants, bars, and terraces nearby.

Outstanding stay – Blanka at the reception is a gem!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hotel Carlton! The entire hotel impresses with excellent service, a great atmosphere, and upscale comfort. A very special compliment goes to the receptionist Blanka. She welcomed us incredibly warmly and was super friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our entire stay. Her positive energy and her great tips made our trip perfect. Employees like Blanka make the fine difference between a good and an unforgettable hotel! We will definitely come back and can warmly recommend the Hotel Carlton to everyone. Thank you very much for the great hospitality!
