Wspaniały hotel

Zorganizował grupę 12 golfistów przebywających na 4 noce i nie moglibyśmy być lepiej opiekowani. Świetne pokoje (szczególnie moje z widokiem na morze!), Naprawdę przyjazny i sprawny personel od recepcji do restauracji i baru. Doskonały bufet z mnóstwem opcji na śniadanie i kolację. Różne udogodnienia, w tym spa, kort tenisowy, tenis stołowy itp. Zapewniły rozrywkę grupie, gdy nie grała w golfa. Ostatniego dnia mieliśmy wczesny czas na herbatę i pozwolono nam wejść do restauracji na śniadanie o 6. 20 rano (normalne otwarcie 7 rano), co było bardzo mile widziane. To nasza pierwsza trasa golfowa na Cypr (wcześniej Portugalia od wielu lat) i grupa jednogłośnie głosowała za powrotem w 2021 roku i pobytem w Almyra.

Urocza Almyra

To był dla mnie czwarty lub piąty powrót do Almyry i po raz kolejny nie zawiodłem się. Jak zawsze to właśnie pracownicy sprawili, że hotel jest wyjątkowy, w tym kilku, którzy rozpoznali mnie jako powracającego gościa - to było 12 miesięcy temu.
Obecnie (na początku marca) trwają prace budowlane, a pokoje są aktualizowane na sezon letni głównie poprzez instalowanie nowych łazienek. Czasami dość głośno, ale ok, dopóki Twój pokój nie jest w środku prac. Mój był i zostałem przeniesiony na moją prośbę ze znacznymi problemami do personelu.
Zmodernizowane łazienki obejmują usunięcie wanny, zastępując ją silnym prysznicem, który ma tendencję do przelewania się na dolnej wardze.
Jedzenie w restauracji bufetowej było dobre, ale czy wyobrażałem sobie, że wybór był mniejszy niż w poprzednich latach?

Splatany z powodu wirusa koronawirusa

Chciałbym tylko powiedzieć, że po tym, jak został opuszczony przez naszego przedstawiciela wakacyjnego, personel tego hotelu był fantastyczny. Naprawdę zrobili dla nas wszystko, co mogli. Sam hotel jest całkiem ładny, ale jest w trakcie aktualizacji. Jedzenie też jest dobre. bądź ostrożny przez 5 godzin, kiedy ponownie się otworzy.

A week at the Almyra

Just returned from the Almyra. This is a beautiful hotel, immaculate inside and out. Had a lovely double 1st floor room with garden view and a terrace. Ideal position for restaurant and pool. Large bed, very clean and comfortable, english TV channels, good storage. 3 lovely pools with plenty of space and public areas are a very high standard. We were b&b and breakfasts are great with lots of options. The hotel location is ideal just 5 minutes walk to the harbour area and right on the beach. Used the facilities in the Spa to change on our last day which are fabulous, everything you need provided. Finally ALL the staff at the hotel couldn't do enough to help you from reception to porters and housekeeping. So friendly and pleasant. Very impressed. The best hotel we have stayed in.

Exceptional

The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout. Every member of staff I encountered, from room service and the cleaners to the reception and pool staff, were friendly, polite and always happy to help.
The reception staff were particularly helpful and efficient, making everything very easy from check-in onwards.
A special mention has to go to Markos the porter, who was incredibly kind and welcoming during my stay. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him and he really added a personal touch to the holiday.
The pool staff were also excellent and always on hand if needed. Despite the hotel being busy, I never had any trouble getting a sunbed, which made the days around the pool even more relaxing.
Breakfast each morning was exceptional, with a huge selection. The quality of the food was excellent and it was something I looked forward to each day.
The location is also ideal, with plenty of restaurants, bars and the harbour area all within easy walking distance.
Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing 10 nights at the Almyra. The combination of excellent staff, cleanliness, fantastic breakfast and great location made it a really memorable stay, I wouldn't hesitate to return.
