Perfect location for exploring Nikosia on foot! Staff were very friendly. Small car park on site, room basic, clean and tidy. Highly recommended due to its close location to all of the things to see in Nikosia!

Worst hotel I've ever been to.

Worth hotel I've ever been to. Do yourself a favor and avoid it. Outdated, cleanliness- much to be desired, no plugs next to the bed. Non working fridge which we need for medication....

Do not expect 3star service

This is a 3star hotel by description! Our room was clean and beds comfortable. However the bathroom though adequate the water system was full of air causing scolding water to suddenly eject from shower whilst showering. The hotel does NOT have a lounge bar which was very inconvenient as there was ten of us in our party. Dodgy bottles of wine and two types of beer were available from the reception. My overall impression was that this was clearly a 1star hotel. I will not be staying there again

Terrible hot water

The hot water in the bathrooms is absolutely appalling. Every minute or so, the pressure surges, followed quickly by a huge increase in temperature of truly scaldingly hot water. This lasts for around 30 seconds. If you don't react you'll get burnt. This is very dangerous and I wouldn't let children anywhere near the shower if they were with me. The hotel staff are unable to do anything about it as it's a problem relating to the boiler/pressure. Other colleagues in the hotel had the same problem.
The rest of the hotel is ok but underwhelming. Breakfast not particularly nice. Location close to the old town - convenient.

We take comments regarding hot water very seriously. During your stay, no such issue was reported at reception; had it been raised, our maintenance team would have checked it immediately.
We continuously monitor boiler and pressure systems to ensure guest safety and comfort, and we will review this internally again.

A place worth visiting

Excellent location, warm atmosphere, nice and polite staff. Perfect choice for exploring the capital, you do not need a car for travel because you are close to what is worth seeing.
