Lovely stay

Lovely stay at this self serving hotel, big apartment, fantastic view, full equipment kitchen and big balcony. Easy communication with the staff and nice product.
Is in the heart of larnaca downtown, with pleasant of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. Just 3min from the main bus station in Finikoudes and 4mjn to the clean Mediterranean coast. Strong WiFi and super clean.

Bad Experience , Not up to expectation!

We booked this apartment knowing it was a 2 star place however when asking questions to the management via booking.com they were incredibly rude in their responses. Place was clean and felt modern however there were cooking facilities but no cutlery , no plates nothing to cook with. No microwave , no kettle , no shower head in the shower , holes in the towels. When reported back to management it felt like they didn’t care and could not be bothered to help . Bad customer service all round . There were major roadworks going on around the hotel which we were not informed about which made it difficult to get to also.
Location was good in all fairness , wouldn’t stay there again to be honest.

Poorly do not recommend this hotel at all

Boring!! Tragically such a bad atmosphere did not match the description at all!! We are unhappy!! It doesn't feel like a nice hotel. We hardly got any information from the staff. They were rude and couldn't communicate with them.
There was no balcony. It felt locked and depressed atmosphere. We as guests do not recommend this "hotel" at all
Everything was bad!! We are unhappy !!
Do not book this hotel

- Nightmare - keep away

No no no
We're writing this review to save you.
Not for free either.
Don't let the location fool you, it's not really good.
Don't let the price make you order, there's no price for wisdom.
We booked four nights, we left after one night.
Don't invite and say thank you for having this nightmare for you.
No, no, no, no, and a thousand times no.
A nightmare place.
Usually, if we write a review, we are either merely fragmenting or not writing at all.
But here it was a nightmare.
Not coming near.
Sleep, Blowie, there's nothing, sorry, there's jokes.
Compound not working
Customer service, more accurately, is a customer nightmare. If, despite everything we've written, you arrive at the place, it's because you don't realize that the positive reviews are from the place.

Disaster

Had booked two large rooms. The rooms were dirty, dusty, stained dirty furniture, yellow disgusting duvets and pillows that smell like skunk, no face towels, no crockery in the kitchen no microwave etc. I contacted the landlord by phone and text to give them a chance to fix the deficiencies, they reply back to my text with ”okay” I text again and ask if they intend to clean the rooms and there they stop answering.
