Two adults, one child, excellent experience... again!

I have been coming to this hotel for many years - and each time it has been an excellent experience.
I always book the suite, which is large, clean, comfortable, with two modern toilets and plenty of bottled water and quality hotel amenities. Fitness facilities are not bad and I regularly use the pool. AC has always been good for me.
The most important thing about this hotel is the excellent staff and service. I regularly see senior staff, including the general manager, at breakfast - helping bring out tea or sorting out guest issues. I have always been greeted by name by executive lounge staff. The swimming pool life guards take good care of my young son and are always friendly and professional. And the people who help with my luggage or clean my room always do it with a smile and a warm greeting.
Definetely a 5 star experience and I will be back again. Thank you to Crystal, Angela, Frank, Mark and Vivian for making this latest trip a pleasure.

Not clean. Lights in room not work. AC not cooling. It’s run down property. Lobby is good but very sofas or sitting space.

The hotel was a very beautiful building especially the interior!
But I would had preferred the hotel gym being a Lil bit of better equiped
With the space they had there they could had equiped it more efficiently by taking in some stuff.
The staff and the welcome and everything was beyond a 5 🌟

Good location. Elaborate cuisine range for breakfast and dinner. Service centric staff. Good travel desk. Ambience was pleasing . Overall a five star stay and services

There was thick dust rolled at the side of the carpet. 1/3 of the windows were dirty and they blocked you from a clear view outside. TV timer was dated 20 years ago. It took hours to cool the room. The wifi was weak. No business centre as advertised. Housekeeping came very early in the morning. Do not expect what you have experienced in other Hilton hotels before.
