We travelled in a family of 4 with young kids from Singapore and chose the cartoon themed room to stay for 6 nights. The location is superb with a big shopping mall next to it that has many varieties of food and shops. There is also 7-11 convenient store opposite the hotel where we got our necessities. The service offered by the hotel is also excellent! There was one time when our bathroom water leaked out and when we called the housekeeping, they immediately responded and addressed the issue. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Reached the hotel at 8+am after a red-eye flight. Although it was too early to check-in, front desk staff kindly checked for available room, and arranged housekeeping to expedite cleaning. We were able to check-in after one hour.
Very pleased with the size of the family room with 2 queen size beds, very spacious, clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping staff did good job of daily cleaning and put many bottles of drinking water for us.
Hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall making it super convenient for shopping & dining and 8 mins walk from metro station, which has 2 metro lines (1 & 4), easy to travel around.
Concierge/customer service is also very professional and helpful. Ordered some packages from Taobao but they went missing (2 times). The staff offered to find them and they did. Each time they also followed up with phone calls afterwards to make sure we had received them.
Breakfast spread was very sumptuous and good variety, and the chef even introduced the food items personally.
Overall very happy with our stay, and would highly recommend this hotel for their comfort level, customer service and value-for-money price point, to any visitors to Beijing.

Overall a nice hotel, great option if you’re travelling to Beijing. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed everyday. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were spacious. Being connected to Joy City was a nice perk, and the transit (line 1 and line 4) was a 5 minute walk.

Friendly staff and convenient location. Loved the fact that it is connected to a shopping mall, so it saves time and hassle of logistics and traffic congestions. We had an event nearby so the location was perfect for us.

The location is one of the best for tourists where near the shopping mall and also Subway station. Besides that, hotel room is very comfortable and quiet; customer services is so welcoming, especially XiaoShen who is really helpful and always greeting guests with a warm smile and approachable attitude. Highly recommended!
