Clean and Comfortable

Bathroom is outside the room and appears to be shared with the three other rooms next door. You will be provided with a towel, a bar of soap and shampoo, which will be already pre-set on your bed.
I will recommend this guest house for a good night's rest, especially if you are arriving late at night from the central train or bus station. There is an air-conditioning unit and a small TV with cable in the room, which is an added bonus. However, do not expect hotel standard facilities or amenities like hot water kettle, coffee, tea or any of that sort, as this is not a hotel.

A cozy place

First thing that is most attractive about this Hotel is its location. You come out of the bus stop and this is located just across the road. No need to load and unload your luggage in a taxi to reach your hotel. The room which I got on second floor was large, with attached toiled, a small dining/study place and a good view from the window. The caretaker/ manager was a good fellow and eager to help.

We Booker ome night in this hotel on our way tó Burger (and Back). Everything was okay, It's calm despite of it't location. It's vers close to the railway station which is really good if you want to travel. Staff is friendly too, I will recommend this place.

Very clean and well located

It was a pleasant experience to stay at Guest Rooms KOM. Although they didn't response after booking a room (on other site), the reservation was made and room was ready for us to come. And it is a plus that reception is opened 24 hours of 24, so there is somebody whenever you reach the place.
You have clean towels and bed linen, hot running water, conditioned air and the location is excellent: near the center bus station and the railway station, and close to the city center. And Sofia's city center is amazing as the line airplanes are coming to land above the city center (as the airport is near) and you may see them very closely!

ONLY IF YOU NEED TO BE RIGHT AT THE BUS OR TRAIN STATION

I chose this guest house based on location and price which are the only things it has going for it. It is right across from the train and bus stations so it is very easy to make a quick connection. I booked through booking.com and it was difficult. It took several tries to get the place to respond to my reservation but in the end they did respond and didn't require a deposit. My cab from the airport had trouble finding the place so the exact address in Bulgarian script is a must. The building is run down and dreary but the rooms and baths are somewhat modernized and overall OK. At 20 Euros for a single it was the cheapest near the station and didn't seem like an especially good deal but for Sophia maybe it's OK. I would pay a little more and be a little farther away next time. Internet did work in the rooms but be sure to get the code when you check in.
