Wonderful!
The hotel is elegant, spacious, and well-located in Brussels. Offers Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, gym, accessibility, paid parking (27.50 euros/day), among other comforts. The receptionists speak English and there was one who spoke Portuguese. Room 403 is spectacular. The cost-benefit is excellent, but I found the parking fee a bit high, but after all, we were in the city center.

Great Stay
Stayed here for 3 nights on a family vacation. The room was spacious and very quiet. Great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful.

We stayed in the newly renovated part of the hotel and the rooms were really nice big size the bathrooms were excellent clean and spacious and all the facilities were really well maintained with great air-con as well in the summer. Create location in the city just on Louisa road so great access to everything.

Perfect
On vacation in Brussels with the family (4 people), we chose this hotel. What can I say..perfect in everything. Located a few meters from the bus stop, a few hundred from the metro, in a beautiful elegant neighborhood full of trendy shops and restaurants. The 'Grand Place' (central square) is easily reachable with a nice walk (20 minutes). No perception of danger. At the reception, we found Italian staff. Excellent check-out at 12. Perfect gym (open from 6). Spacious rooms. Very comfortable sofa bed. Only negative notes: There is no bidet! The toilet is in a separate little room, closed and without a fan. However, the bathroom is large with an amazing shower. Perfect cleaning.. Recommended with all my heart!
