Beautiful room and helpful staff in a pretty unbeatable location. The room was a little stuffy and because windows opened onto a walkway we couldn’t leave them open over night, but that was really our only complaint!

Very nice hotel close to downtown museums, etc. - clean and quiet. We enjoyed breakfast (15 Euro per person if not specifically included). This property DOES NOT have laundry facilities for guests, despite the amenities statement currently on Expedia. There is a nice elevator.

Real Viennese vibes

We chose this hotel because of the very Viennese decor. The interior is lovely, pastels, gold touches and the right amount of kitch.
The room had everything we needed except for airconditioning. There was a heatwave and the room was very hot. A fan was provided but did not cool the room down at all. Sleeping with the window open was a bit loud, there are busses and other traffic in the road below, also in the night.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was sufficient.
Cleanliness was not perfect. No mattress protector, some stains on the towels, a bit of grime in the bathroom.
Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The lady in the breakfast room did every effort to make you comfortable and take care of a clean table and nice breakfast.
I would consider returning to this hotel, but not in summer.
