We had a basic room which was very comfortable but quite compact (clever under bed storage made it work) however this did make the bed quite high so just bear in mind.
The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Good place, but the breakfast wasn't much to be desired.
For a four star hotel, I found that the hotel breakfast wasn't particularly the best in terms of selection. It's very much a continental breakfast, and the lack of a cooked breakfast at the buffet was disappointing. but in terms of location, room and noise level, this was a perfect place to stay. As a short stay location, it is within easy access to a bus stop to the CBD and Elizabeth Quay, and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. Even the atmosphere of the room was cosy and exactly what I was looking for.
I can't even fault the service. The staff are friendly and professional and if I could give 4.5, I would. Overall, I will be back!

I’m an Occupational Therapist I have been in Perth for a conference. I didn’t stay here but have had several lovely meals here. The food here was lovely and staff were also welcoming with very timely service. It’s a busy reasonably loud venue with lots of chatting. However, there during my breakfast, I sat at one of the communal tables and made a brief FaceTime call to my young children in Adelaide. I didn’t see an issue with this given the existing volume in the venue. However, a gentleman who is well known to the venue proceeded to put push his phone with a YouTube video in front of me. I advised my children I needed to go and he proceeded to berate me for not having headphones and being on the phone. I clarified why me being on FaceTime was different from the conversations happening around me. When I asked why he didn’t just ask me, and he couldn’t respond other than to say I was “soft” and lecturing me to put in earphones (which I don’t have). I was shaken up and whilst the Manager and hotel staff were lovely and apologetic, this gentleman effectively lives here, there is little that can be done.
May I suggest a quiet nook is created in a corner for this gentleman? Perhaps there needs to be is explicit signage that face to face conversations are welcome, FaceTime calls aren’t.

It was also a pleasure meeting you personally following the incident during breakfast. Once again, I sincerely apologise for the behaviour of the other guest and for the distress it caused you. No one should feel uncomfortable or intimidated while enjoying a meal with us.
As discussed, whilst we cannot control the actions of individual guests, we do expect everyone to treat others with courtesy and respect. Please be assured that the next time we see the guest concerned, we will be raising this matter with him and reinforcing our expectations regarding respectful behaviour towards fellow patrons.

Awful. Avoid at all costs - zero redeeming features.
Tiny, beyond imaginable tiny. Bathroom is a glass shower screen closet in the corner. Decor? Right out of a bad Quentin Tarantino film. No parking. The walk at night to the hotel from the nearest parking spot is like a horror film. Food? Forget it. Water, best you bring some. The hotel has zero redeeming features. Nightmare. Avoid at all costs!

Awesome little place! Small but just what I needed, paid for parking which was great and when I pointed out that there was no instant coffee sashes for people who don't like strong coffee pods the lady gave me a free coffee :)
