Pros :
Excellent building, artsy
Location - close to shops, bars
Clean beds, spacious rooms
Social events- very inclusive
Cons:
Men's bathroom could use more frequent cleaning, a little maintaining up
Kitchen area could also use more tidy up
Overall 4/5
Staff and very friendly, met some great people and overall vibe is very relaxed.
Thank you for the stay.

You dont get much in your room for things like "amenities" all you have is a kettle and a fridge.
Beach is close by and we could have our dogs with us for a reasonable "pet fee" and no bond made it super convenient and affordable to stay!

A nice hostel with a good location in St Kilda. It's a little walk to the beach, and there's plenty of pubs, restaurants and things to do nearby. Good, clean facilities and friendly staff. It can get a little noisy in the evening. This wouldn't normally be an issue for me as it wasn't particularly late, but I was very jet-lagged and going to bed really early so that did keep me awake a little. Overall, a nice place to stay and I would return again.
