Great Location
Rooms where fine, service was OK, Location was by far the best part of this hotel. Lift was out of service and had been for months. Meant looooong waits.

The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom shower was particularly cramped, which could be difficult for larger guests.
The bed was below average in terms of comfort.
There was also only one functioning lift, as the second lift was out of order, resulting in long waiting times.
Breakfast was average and did not particularly stand out.
At $245 per night for a single room with a queen bed, I felt the price was too high considering the size and overall quality of the room and facilities.
Overall, the location was the main positive, but the accommodation did not offer particularly good value for money.

Don't stay here
The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was tiny and run down, there was another person's hair on the floor and bed, dust everywhere, mouldy bathroom, vents hanging off the wall, the aircon was like a jet engine in the room all night, the bed was obviously very old. And to even get to the room I had to wait 20 mins in the cruddy lobby for the one lift, the other one apparently under repair....and me and about 25 others were trapped waiting to squeeze in. The stairs were locked which was the worst of all - did not give me any confidence I'd survive if there was a fire. Do not stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, but unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
My room was on Level 2, and every morning I was woken up by the noise of the garbage truck. There were several large garbage bins directly outside my window, which made it even worse.
The room also had a connecting door to the next room. Although it was locked, the soundproofing was very poor. I could clearly hear my neighbor’s alarm going off every morning, phone conversations, and even snoring throughout the night.
Another issue was the lighting. The room was far too dim, making it difficult to work comfortably at the desk, which is important for business travelers.
The lift was also a major inconvenience. One of the lifts was out of service during my stay, so the remaining elevator was always overcrowded. At checkout, I had to wait a long time just to get downstairs because it was packed with people.
Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay. Due to the noise, poor soundproofing, inadequate lighting, and elevator issues, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again on my next visit.
